Many people are talking about the failure of the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday night and how they went from the first seed in the East to one of the first teams eliminated from the playoffs.
There are already calls for big changes within the organization, from top to bottom, after the disastrous postseason they had.
Colin Cowherd is one of the many saying that Milwaukee needs to radically change things.
“This is a collapse. I don’t care what anybody says… You’ve got to reboot this roster,” Cowherd said on Thursday.
Then he added one final, brash claim: “It’s time to reboot the coach.”

There is plenty of blame to go around for Wednesday’s “collapse” but much of it is being laid at the feet of head coach Mike Budenholzer.
People have taken serious issue with the fact that he didn’t call a timeout in the final seconds of regulation.
He is also being lambasted for the team’s poor performance in overtime, which ultimately led to their defeat.
There is no doubt that Budenholzer’s job is on the line and no one would be shocked if he was let go in the summer.
But to Cowherd’s point, more alterations will also be coming if they fire the head coach.
Several players – and their contracts – are likely to be let go if the front office decides to shake things up and readjust for the upcoming season.
Budenholzer is just one of many people who could be leaving Milwaukee very soon, especially after this dismal postseason showing.
