On Thursday night, the Boston Celtics took down the Atlanta Hawks and finished the first round of the playoffs.

That means they are now set to face off against the Philadelphia 76ers in the Eastern Conference semifinals, which will be a battle that all NBA fans tune in for.

There have been multiple terrific players for Boston during this first round, but few were as productive as Jaylen Brown.

StatMuse has highlighted the fact that Brown averaged 26.7 points and 5.3 rebounds on 54.1% from the field and 51.5% from the three-point line in the first series.

That makes him the only player with 25+ points on 50/50% shooting so far during these playoffs.

In Thursday night’s game, Brown was terrific with his 32 points and 5 rebounds, again landing 52% of his shots and 75% of his threes.

Brown has had an incredible year for his Celtics.

Although many people assume Boston belongs solely to Jayson Tatum, Brown has reminded them repeatedly that it’s a two-man operation and that they are both leading the team.

With the Milwaukee Bucks out of the way thanks to the Miami Heat, some fans believe the Celtics have an even better chance of making the NBA Finals.

What will Brown do during them?

Last year, he put up 23.5 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 3.7 assists a game during the championship against the Golden State Warriors.

Based on field goal and three-point percentage, he is currently doing better and that is great news for fans of the team.

The Celtics have a long way to go before they are in the Finals.

The competition is tough and it won’t be an easy battle.

But if they do go all the way, there will be no doubt that Brown helped them tremendously.
