LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers and Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors are reportedly very close friends.
But on Tuesday night, they will be enemies on the court.
James and Curry will face off in Game 1 of the Western Conference semifinals on Tuesday and all NBA fans are curious about who will come out on top.
Stephen A. Smith thinks that James should be fearful of Curry and his deep, impressive bag of basketball skills.
“I suspect there’s a healthy level of fear…of Steph Curry. And let me tell you something: it’s justified,” Smith said on Tuesday’s First Take.

There is no doubt that Curry will pose a serious challenge to James and his Lakers.
Over the years, Curry has scored 15 playoff wins in head-to-head matchups with James.
James has earned seven of his own.
It should be noted that James has done better in terms of points, assists, and field goal percentage.
Still, few players in the league challenge James more than Curry.
While there is no doubt that the Warriors will be a very tough challenge for the Lakers, fans of LA should have hope.
This is the best team that James has played with in a few years and they have been much more supportive, taking the pressure off James at times.
Will they be able to step up and overpower the rest of the Warriors’ roster?
Both James and Curry have four championship rings and they are fighting to claim their fifth.
Only one can make it through the Western Conference semifinals – who will it be?
