Analyst Says A LeBron Title This Season Would Be His ‘Least Impressive’

The Los Angeles Lakers are eight wins away from banner No. 18.

And while that could still be a long road ahead for most teams, their fans and even some analysts are already talking about parades.

That’s what happens when you have LeBron James on your team; everybody always feels like you have a legit chance to go the distance.

However, as much as that might be true, analyst Ryan Clark believes this would be James’ least impressive title if that were to happen.

Clark explains that James and the Lakers are taking care of business as they should, mostly because their roster is constructed to win a championship and because they haven’t faced an actual threat in the playoffs thus far.

He adds that this version of the Golden State Warriors wasn’t the same that won the NBA championship last season, also stating that LeBron isn’t the best player in the world anymore.

That could be a somewhat valid assessment.

However, it always seems like there’s something to question about James’ championships.

First, it was the shortened season and playing vs. a young Thunder team.

Then, it was an old San Antonio team.

Then, it was Draymond Green’s suspension.

And finally, it was the bubble.

He hasn’t even suited up to play in the Western Conference Finals, and people are already talking about how unimpressive winning the title would be.

It’s ok if LeBron isn’t the best player on Earth anymore; he’s 38 and he’s not even supposed to be playing.
