The Miami Heat have shocked the world.

The No. 8 seed is one win away from representing the Eastern Conference in the NBA Finals, and they’ve been fairly superior to the Boston Celtics.

Erik Spoelstra’s side came back from behind twice on the road and then completely ran them off the court at home, making the Celtics look sluggish and out of sync on both ends of the floor.

That’s why Charles Barkley didn’t want to have anything to do with Gabe Vincent’s politically correct take on his rivals.

When Vincent lauded the Celtics as a very good team and claimed they wouldn’t just lay down and take a beating, Barkley roasted him and told him to go watch the tape again.

As harsh and cruel as those comments may seem, Barkley was right on point this time.

The Celtics posed no threat whatsoever to the Heat in Game 3, up to the point where the Heat’s undrafted players outscored the Celtics starters by almost 20 points.

Miami’s gritty character, elite coaching, and positional versatility have been too much to handle for Joe Mazzula and his pupils.

Jayson Tatum scored just 14 points, Jaylen Brown was brutal from the perimeter, and they simply had no counter for everything the Heat threw at them throughout the whole game.

It seems like the Celtics are on the verge of giving up, and no team has ever come back from a 0-3 deficit in NBA playoff history.

They have the depth and talent to pull it off, but they may not have the character.
