The Kansas City Chiefs will continue to be the team to beat until further notice.

Every single team in the league — and especially in the AFC — is aiming for their crown, and they’ve built their roster accordingly.

However, as much as everybody wants to take them down, former NFL QB Dan Orlovsky believes only two teams have a legit shot at beating them this season: the Buffalo Bills and New York Jets.

Orlovsky cited that people continue to sleep on the Bills despite being stacked on both ends of the field, but he really went into detail when discussing the Jets’ chances.

For starters, he believes that Aaron Rodgers will have a chip on his shoulder after being run out of Green Bay, and he’ll now get a fresh start somewhere else.

Moreover, Orlovsky claimed that Rodgers only played with an elite defense once in his career and that was when he led the Green Bay Packers to a Super Bowl win, adding that this will be the best defense he’s ever played with.

Truth be told, the Jets have arguably the best defensive unit in the league right now, and that defense was reason enough to keep them in playoff contention for the better part of last season.

Rodgers will also have a plethora of playmakers at his disposal, and while some think his best years are far behind him, he’ll still be a massive upgrade over the ever-struggling Zach Wilson, so you have to love their chances to come out of the AFC.
