On Tuesday, the Toronto Blue Jays busted out of the gates to snap a frustrating losing skid.

The team had been struggling offensively, until last night.

Toronto scored 20 runs and blew out the Tampa Bay Rays, holding the Majors’ best team to just one run.

The win also helped them climb into a tie for fourth place in the American League East with the Boston Red Sox, who lost a tough game on Tuesday against the Los Angeles Angels.

The Blue Jays even became the first team in all of baseball to score 20 or more runs this season.

On Twitter, MLB posted a graphic featuring the final score of their game.

The Blue Jays certainly had a fun night at Tropicana Field.

The offense was on fire all night long.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Danny Jansen, George Springer, and Matt Chapman led the way.

Each star hit a home run as the Blue Jays dismantled the Rays.

Guerrero had six RBI at Tropicana Field on Tuesday and was ultimately the game’s top performer.

On the other side, veteran starter Jose Berrios had a game to remember as he gave the Blue Jays seven innings.

He also allowed just one run on five hits while walking just two batters and striking out five in the statement win.

Toronto is now 26-23 on the season as they gained a game on the Rays in the AL East.

The Blue Jays currently sit 8.5 games out of first place after Tuesday’s offensive explosion.
