Another day, another win for the red-hot Tampa Bay Rays.
On Thursday, the Rays continued their hot streak, pulling off a four-game sweep over their American League East rivals, the Boston Red Sox.
Tampa Bay has now won each of their first 13 games, which ties them with the 1982 Atlanta Braves and the 1987 Milwaukee Brewers for the longest winning streaks to open a season.
The Rays also remained five games ahead of the New York Yankees and Toronto Blue Jays in the division.
On Twitter, MLB Stats posted a graphic to celebrate the Rays tying the mark set by the Braves and Brewers all those years ago.

The Rays simply are in a position where nobody can stop them.
At this rate, they may bury everybody else in the AL East by the end of May.
Their offense, which features Wander Franco, Yandy Diaz, Randy Arozarena, Brandon Lowe, and Isaac Paredes, is on a roll.
They also have a very strong starting rotation.
Even without right-hander Tyler Glasnow, who is recovering from an oblique injury, the other four Rays starters are pitching well.
Ace Shane McClanahan is leading the staff while Zach Eflin, Jeffrey Springs, and Drew Rasmussen are also off to hot starts.
As of now, there really isn’t anything plaguing the Rays as they continue to dominate each and every one of their opponents on a daily basis.
The Rays will open up a three-game weekend series on Friday against the Toronto Blue Jays, with a good chance to pad their already commanding lead in the AL East.
