Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills has been one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL over the last two or three years, and at age 26, one figures he has many good or great years left in him.

He is not only becoming one of the league’s more prolific passers, but he is also one of the best at moving the chains with his legs.

However, being a dual-threat QB takes a toll on such players at a young age, as they have to endure lots of physicality, just as running backs do.

Allen says that he will have to evolve his style of play as he accumulates more wear and tear.

Allen threw for 4,283 yards and 35 touchdowns while running for 762 yards and seven touchdowns last season, and he earned his second Pro Bowl nod in three years.

He led the Bills to a 13-3 regular season finish, which was the second-best mark in the AFC, but once again, they fell short in the playoffs by falling 27-10 to the Cincinnati Bengals in the Divisional round.

Bills Mafia is used to playoff disappointments, dating back to the early 1990s when the franchise made the Super Bowl four-straight times, only to lose each time.

Even though Buffalo ranked as one of the NFL’s best defenses in 2022, they added Shaq Lawson and Jordan Phillips this offseason in order to improve their defensive line.

With the defending world champion Kansas City Chiefs losing a couple of key players on offense, the Bills are hoping 2023 will be the season they finally hoist the Vince Lombardi Trophy.
