The New York Yankees may be starting to turn the corner after a less than ideal start to the season.
With a 4-2 win on Thursday night over the Toronto Blue Jays, they improved their record to 26-20 and ultimately secured a series win over their AL East division rivals.
Reigning MVP and team captain Aaron Judge had himself a solid night.
The 31-year-old set the tone with an early two-run home run off of right-hander Jose Berrios to put the Yankees on top, 2-0.
It was his 12th home run of the season and fourth in his last four games.
On Twitter, MLB posted a video of Judge’s towering blast.

Left-hander Nestor Cortes made those early runs stand up as the Yankees managed to walk out of Rogers Centre with a series win.
But Judge has certainly been swinging a hot bat as of late.
Last season, he earned MVP honors in the American League thanks to breaking the long-standing single-season home run record in the AL, which was previously held by Yankees legend Roger Maris.
This season, the reigning MVP and new Yankees captain has picked up right where he left off.
Judge is hitting .279 with a strong .993 OPS in his first 129 at-bats of the year.
He also has driven in 28 runs.
The home run was one of two hits Judge picked up on Thursday against the Blue Jays.
The slugger is swinging a hot bat and continued his trend with yet another towering home run on Thursday against Toronto.
