LeBron James has been able to play in the NBA for two decades, rarely missing games, and often looking like the most in-shape guy on the court.
He spends more than one million per year in taking care of his body, so you better believe there isn’t a lot of sugar and highly processed fats in the James household.
However, his older son, Bronny, has already figured out his top five favorite snacks, and his old man might not be proud at all.
In a now-viral clip, the USC commit chose Frozen Cotton Candy Grapes, Rips Candy, Nilla Wafers, Double Stuff Oreos, and Little Bites (the birthday cake kind) as his top-five go-to snacks.

James has a privileged gene pool and it’s more than evident that he inherited his old man’s athleticism and physical traits, so he can afford to grab a snack every now and then.
Bronny has been one of the quickest risers in most rankings, surging as a potential top-10 pick in the 2024 NBA Draft after being considered an afterthought and an unimpressive prospect earlier in his career.
Notably, LeBron recently hinted at retiring for the first time in his career, but the word around the league is that he’s going to reconsider that stance, as he openly admitted his desire to play with Bronny one day.
For that to happen, James will have to avoid these candies and snacks for the next couple of seasons, as Bronny won’t be eligible to enter the league next season.
