Bryce Young has been described as one of the top prospects in the 2023 NFL Draft class.
With the draft rapidly approaching, teams across the league have continued to solidify their draft boards.
While the team to draft Young has yet to be determined, Dan Orlovsky has outlined the best possible NFL scheme for Young in a recent installment of NFL Live.
When @Panthers select Bryce Young #1 their offense should be built like this!@LauraRutledge #NFLDraft #nfllive pic.twitter.com/AaRdAuoptk

Orlovsky’s three keys to success for Young are “spread-out shotgun centric, structured short passing game, and creativity in chunk passing game.”
Young won the Heisman Trophy at the University of Alabama in 2021 and was surrounded by elite weapons.
How will his game translate to the NFL?
As Orlovsky points out, as long as Young’s offense has these three aspects, he should be able to succeed.
Later in this clip, Todd McShay chimes in, citing that the Carolina Panthers would be a great fit for Young.
Frank Reich is the newest coach of the Panthers, and McShay believes that he can fully unlock Young’s potential.
McShay also refers to Young as “Houdini,” given his ability to break down a play and pick apart a defense.
If Young is drafted by the Panthers, he will be given a fantastic opportunity to succeed, given the new weapons that the Panthers have added.
From an outsider’s perspective, it seems as though the Panthers have primed their organization to add Young to their roster.
