Most people expected the Miami Heat to win their play-in game against the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday night.
The Heat have been looking a lot stronger lately and seemed to have the upper hand.
But the Hawks came to play and pulled out an impressive and comfortable 116-105 win over the Heat, securing them the seventh seed in the upcoming playoffs.
Following the game, Hawks star Trae Young told the press that he wanted to rain on Jimmy Butler’s parade.
“I know Jimmy [Butler] guaranteed a dub, so I was really focused on making sure that didn’t happen,” Young said.

While people were impressed by Young and his Hawks and their entrance to the playoffs, many others think they don’t have what it takes to stop the Boston Celtics.
“He’s literally about to get swept by the Celtics,” one fan said, echoing a sentiment shared by many others.

Their big win on Tuesday was very impressive but there is no denying they have their work cut out for them against the Celtics.
It will be a tough series for them.
If the Hawks are able to pull off the win, it’ll make Young’s comments about Butler sting even more.
