At one point in time, Jeremy Lin took the NBA by storm as he thrilled fans of the New York Knicks during the 2011-12 NBA season with some incredible performances, which was dubbed Linsanity in the Big Apple.
After a short stint with the Knicks, Lin bounced around the league playing for the Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Lakers, Charlotte Hornets, Brooklyn Nets, Atlanta Hawks, and Toronto Raptors.
Although Lin found it incredibly difficult to find a long-term home in the league, he was able to win an NBA title with the Raptors before heading overseas to continue his basketball career.
Lin is currently playing for the Kaohsiung 17LIVE Steelers and recently became the first player in the P. League+ to have a 50-point triple-double.
Unfortunately, Lin recently suffered a scary head injury, resulting in a trip to the hospital via ClutchPoints.

Lin took to Twitter to thank everyone for their support during the season in Taiwan and say that he’ll be back healthy.
LOVE to the best teammates, coaches, staff, and fans. Ty for everyone’s wishes, I’ll be back healthy soon.
We fought til the end, we hold our heads high, we absolutely did not fail! I’ll never forget this season. All glory to God! From the bottom of my heart, thank you ❤️… pic.twitter.com/PshIeW9nEw— Jeremy Lin (@JLin7) May 15, 2023
Although Lin’s playing days in the NBA are likely over at 34 years of age, he remains a global icon and as popular as ever while being able to continue his basketball career in Taiwan.
Only time will tell how long Lin will be able to play and continue inspiring the youth around the world that anything is possible as long as you have the will to make it happen.
With Lin making such an impact in the world of basketball over the past decade or so, it’ll be interesting to see whether he gets consideration for the Basketball Hall of Fame when it is all said and done.
