The Brooklyn Nets must be one of the most disappointing franchises in the NBA.

Once the Nets landed both Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving before the 2019-20 season, they had championship expectations.

But, for many reasons, the Nets flopped each year.

The one season they had a chance at doing something was in 2021.

Brooklyn made the playoffs and took on the Milwaukee Bucks in the second round.

But, due to Irving and James Harden injuries, the Nets lost in seven games to Milwaukee.

That series still leaves a bad taste in Irving’s mouth.

According to SportsCenter, Irving thinks the Nets would have won the title in 2021 if he was healthy.

Irving thinks the Nets would have beaten the Bucks, who were the eventual champions.

But, the problem with Irving’s statement is that he gets hurt every year.

The 2021 playoffs were not the first time he was injured in the postseason.

The most games Irving has played in a season is 75, and that was in 2014-15.

He is a tough player to rely on, and that is part of the reason why he gets moved so often.

Even if the Nets got past the Bucks in 2021 they would not have won the Finals.

That is because everything that could go wrong for that team seemingly did.
