The Los Angeles Lakers have taken a 2-1 series lead over the Memphis Grizzlies.

Despite being the seventh seed in the West, the Lakers have played very well in the playoffs.

They seem to be finding their stride at the perfect time and are now one home win away from a commanding 3-1 lead.

Lakers legend Magic Johnson hopes his former team does not have a letdown in Game 4.

The Grizzlies have their backs against the wall and you can bet they will come out fast.

Memphis was dominated in Game 3 and should be motivated to play the best game of their season.

Seeing how the Lakers slow down Grizzlies guard Ja Morant will be interesting.

He scored 45 points in Game 3, including 13 assists and nine rebounds.

Slowing Morant will be one of the biggest keys to a victory for the Lakers.

Also, they will need their role players to continue to step up.

We have seen Rui Hachimura step up so far in this series.

He is averaging 21.7 points and 5.3 rebounds in the first three games.

Having someone else step up next to LeBron James and Anthony Davis is crucial.

Teams that have taken a 3-1 series lead have gone on to win the series 95.2% of the time.

The Lakers are looking to do just that before heading back to Memphis for Game 5.

Staying healthy has always been a problem for the Lakers.

But, if they can do that they will be a threat in the Western Conference.
