The Denver Nuggets hope to do something this postseason that has never been done in franchise history.

That is make the NBA Finals.

Denver entered the postseason as the number one seed in the West, and they have played very well so far.

In the second round, they have a 2-0 lead over the Phoenix Suns.

Now they must show they can win a game on the road.

One reason the Nuggets have been so good is the play of two-time MVP Nikola Jokic.

He is a do-it-all big man who has been leaving his mark on every playoff game.

According to NBA on ESPN, the Nuggets big man continues to make history in Denver.

Denver needed every one of his 39 points to win in Game 2.

Also, this ability to create for others is something we have never seen from a center.

If the Nuggets want to make the Finals this year, it will be on the back of Jokic.

Playing in Denver means not many people get to see Jokic on a nightly basis.

They are rarely on national TV, and that could be a reason Jokic has become underrated.

Make no mistake about it, the Nuggets center is one of the best players in the NBA.

All he is missing on his resume is a championship.
