On Wednesday, the St. Louis Cardinals pulled off a much-needed series victory against the Colorado Rockies at Coors Field.

After losing the series opener and battling from behind to win the second game, St. Louis was in control for most of the series finale.

The team hit three home runs as they defeated the Rockies by a final of 7-4.

Nolan Arenado hit one of the Cardinals’ three home runs on Wednesday.

It was a two-run shot off of Jose Urena in the top of the fourth inning.

The blast gave St. Louis a 3-1 lead.

On Twitter, MLB posted a video of the highlight.

Arenado has simply made himself right back at home in Colorado.

Wednesday was no different.

The slugger had previously tied things up on Tuesday with a bases-clearing double.

This home run put St. Louis on top for the first time in the game.

The Cardinals would later squander a 4-2 lead, but came up with a few big hits late, most notably Nolan Gorman‘s two-run homer in the top of the eighth.

Arenado’s home run was his only hit of the game, but he certainly made it count.

It was a no-doubt home run too.

Jurickson Profar ran out of room very quickly out in left field.

It was Arenado’s second home run of the season and the 301st of his career.

In 49 at-bats, the Cardinals slugger is hitting .327 with 13 RBI and an .872 OPS.

For his career, he owns a .289 batting average and has driven in 981 runs.

He also has an .880 OPS.
